FAQ
- Does this file anything with the USPTO?
- No. The serial checker is read-only. It helps you plan a response package; a licensed attorney still signs and submits through TEAS or Trademark Center.
- Where do the due dates come from?
- When TSDR responds, we anchor on the prosecution history. Otherwise we assume a placeholder due date of today plus 90 days and label the BOM illustrative. Always confirm on TSDR.
- Why eleven parts?
- That is the VSSQ template for a Section 2(d) office action response — including consent outreach, extension decision, and post-filing client copy. See the full checklist for printable detail.
