FAQ
- Do you charge per user?
- No. VSSQ is priced per firm by deliverables in progress, not per seat. Small trademark teams should not pay more because they hired a second paralegal.
- What happens if we exceed our tier?
- Overage is billed at $25 per 10 additional deliverables in progress. Work is never blocked to force an upgrade — unfinished matters stay open with their history intact.
- Can we start without a demo call?
- Yes. Sign in, use the free serial checker, and open one deliverable on the Free tier. Paid tiers are self-serve checkout when you are ready.
